Regulate & Grow
Stelleshia McClelland, founder of Regulate & Grow

The founder needed this institution first.

I'm Stelleshia McClelland — teacher, coach, clinician, builder. Before I taught business, I was a classroom teacher. I've coached girls' basketball and track, worked in school counseling and community mental health, trained professionals, built products, and learned business by having to make decisions inside of one.

A few years ago I was a clinician in community mental health, drowning in documentation. I fixed that problem for myself — built a system that planned my sessions, kept me present, and turned my clinical thinking into defensible notes. Then my supervisor asked me to train the staff, and I paid attention to what that request revealed. The expertise underneath the product traveled: into training rooms, onboarding processes, and eventually a different business pathway than the one I thought I was building.

The system became the School of Practice. Learning to read what building it revealed became the School of Business. Teaching taught me to break complicated things down. Coaching taught me to develop people and read the game. Mental health taught me to recognize patterns and systems. Business gave those capabilities another court to play on.

The charter

This institution holds one philosophy across both schools: protect what everyone else is spending — your attention, your clinical judgment, your clients' trust, and your economic independence.

In practice that means: nothing we build records a session or trains on your clients. Every draft is reviewed and signed by the clinician — you stay the author. Every price is stated plainly, with no monthly CPS subscription. And every business claim comes with its honest caveat: clues are not conclusions, the market gets a vote, and no income is ever promised.

Great clinicians don't rely on memory. They rely on systems. Welcome to both schools.
